Our Transactional Services Department can assist in a range of areas. We have particular expertise in transactional services in the Real Estate market covering acquisitions, disposals of freehold and leasehold interests in commercial and residential properties. We have particular expertise in property transactions with an insolvency aspect. In addition to this, we provide assistance in relation to commercial contracts, franchise and distribution agreements for use both in the UK and overseas.
