Employment Tribunal:
The provision of advice and representation to employees in relation to the bringing of claims before the Employment Tribunal against an employer for unfair dismissal or wrongful dismissal.
Depending upon how far the employee wishes to pursue the matter and how much the damages (the sum due to the winning party) will be, our fees would range between £600 to £14,400 for a non-complex case and up to £60,000 for a complex case. Fees would vary depending on the following factors:
• The complexity and number of disputed issues in the case;
• The number of witnesses required to give evidence; and
• The volume of documents relevant to the dispute.
Debt recovery:
Debt recovery up to the value of £100,000.
