We are required to publish this information by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Each case however we appreciate has different complexities and requirements and the prices below are guidelines only. Therefore, we urge you not to be discouraged by some of the pricing on this page.

We confirm that will undertake a brief review of your papers at no charge and get back to you in a timely manner with a fee estimate or quote. 

The Solicitors Regulation Authority require us to publish information about the four areas below. However, this is only a very small selection of the work we undertake (for all the areas please take time to go to our Practice Areas) and for these other services a bespoke estimate or quote will be provided.

Services in relation to individuals are:
Motoring offences: The provision of advice and representation at the Magistrates Court in relation to summary only road traffic offences dealt with at a single hearing.

We can advise and represent you at the Magistrates Court up to and including the first Hearing for between £600 and £900.

Employment Tribunal: The provision of advice and representation to employees in relation to the bringing of claims before the Employment Tribunal against an employer for unfair dismissal or wrongful dismissal.

Depending upon how far you wish to pursue the matter and how much the damages (the sum due to the winning party) will be, our fees would range between £600 to £14,400 for a non-complex case and up to £60,000 for a complex case. Fees would vary depending on the following factors:

• The complexity and number of issues in the case;
• The number of witnesses required to give evidence; and
• The volume of documents relevant to the dispute.
Services in relation to businesses are (Rule 1.4):
Employment Tribunal: The provision of advice and representation to employees in relation to the bringing of claims before the Employment Tribunal against an employer for unfair dismissal or wrongful dismissal.

Debt recovery: Debt recovery up to the value of £100,000.

There are two routes available to you to recover a debt and dependent upon what our advice would be, we would charge as follows;
Fees would vary depending on the following factors:

• The complexity and number of disputed issues in the case;
• The number of witnesses required to give evidence; 
• The volume of documents relevant to the dispute; and
• The length of the Trial.

Overview of our Team
Our experienced and helpful litigation team is made up of qualified solicitors (with up to 11 years’ experience). The team is supervised by Simon Burn who has over 20 years’ experience working in litigation and qualified as a solicitor in 1998.
